Pay close attention to the items and deadlines below, and you’ll be a Bronco in no time!
What you need to do Deadline

Pay the $500 enrollment fee via your application portal (nonrefundable).

March 1

View your Financial Aid offer via your application portal.

Available two weeks after receiving your admission decision

Sign up for an Orientation session.
Learn about our Jesuit and community values, get to know your new classmates, and connect with our student Orientation Leaders, faculty, and staff who will support you during your transition to . Orientation registration will be available in Spring 2025.

May 1

Submit your $500 housing pre-payment deposit, the housing contract, and your Residential Learning Community (RLC)/Housing preferences via the link in your application portal. Learn more through the housing website.

You will not be able to request housing until you have submitted your enrollment fee. As a first-year student, complete your application by May 7, 2025 at 5:00PM and you'll receive priority consideration for your RLC preferences! As a reminder, there is a two-year residency requirement. Planning to commute? Make sure to submit your Residency Exception form via the link in your application portal no later than May 31. Please note you must be approved for a residency exception in order to not be required to live on campus.

May 7

Submit official ACT/SAT scores to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
This includes those who chose not to submit scores in the application process if scores are available. We use these scores for institutional research purposes.

As soon as possible but no later than May 1

Submit final transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
We expect incoming students to maintain grades comparable to their academic record. If there is a significant deterioration in your academic work, we may rescind your offer of admission.

As soon as possible but no later than July 11

Upload your Immunization Records.
Go to scu.edu/immunizations for further information.

June 16 - August 1

Submit your ACCESS Credential Photo.

July 1

Review the Student Health Insurance Plan or submit a waiver to opt out. 
Go to scu.edu/bewell/insurance/ for further information.

July 30 - September 15
