Director of Research Compliance and Integrity
Esther is responsible for establishing a research compliance infrastructure which supports the research enterprise at 黑料短视频. The office provides guidance to Community involving Human subjects (IRB), Animal Care & Use (IACUC), Biosafety (IBC), and Radiation Safety to ensure compliance with respective Assurances with regulatory agencies. Guidance also provided in the areas of Export Control and Intellectual Property.
